John Morrison is one of the leading experts on mitigating rework in Australian construction. His leading edge research with Professor Peter Love is published in major engineering international journals and he consults broadly across the Australian Construction industry to inspire Leaders and their teams to Reduce or Avoid Rework (ROAR).

In all his speaking engagements John brings to life his own personal story and how despite all the latest technology, mega-budgets and highly trained teams rework still remains endemic in construction. His recent research conducted on Australian construction with Professor Love shows that rework is currently eroding contractor profit margins by up to 30% and increasing the likelihood of injury by 70%.
